I click "Open in new tab" way too much. Most of the tabs are things I forgot about.

I know that feel, as I end up having a lot of tabs open when I haven't checked the FP for several hours - the staff puts out so many posts on weekdays that catching up with said posts can be draining, especially if I've already had a long day.

I just counted and currently have 74 tabs open in five windows across three browsers.

I just always hit open new tab when I have multiple notifications. I comment on them and or recommend them and then I just forget about them

I know, I open everything in new tabs.
Protip: You don't have to right click - Open in new tab, you can just click/push in on the scroll wheel on the mouse.
I see you're using a Mac, so I don't know if it'll work...

In Chrome on my phone I frequently see the tab count at the top go from 99 to a smug smiley face.
Like it's saying, "Ha, you're never going to go back and read all those links!"
It is often correct.

I actually did read them, I just somehow forgot to close them
